We recently changed our leadership model to include multiple elders in the church who share leadership responsibilities and spiritual decision-making. Such a model provides for a more diverse, accountable, and active leadership team. Currently there are three elders, with one serving as the main teaching elder (pastor) as a full-time commitment.
Matt Tape
Matt is the teaching elder. He has worked in Christian ministry since 2014, and has a Master of Divinity with a specialization in Pastoral Counseling. Both Matt and his wife felt personally led by God to minister in New England and moved here from North Carolina.

Malcolm Hamblett
Malcolm has worked in Christian ministry since 1996 and has a Master of Divinity. Prior to becoming an elder of the church, he served in leadership on the Board of Christian Education, as Director of Christian Education and as the church treasurer.

Lee Gustafson
Lee has been an active member of this church body since he started attending. Prior to becoming an elder of the church, he served in leadership on the Board of Deacons and as the head usher.
